FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you restock?
Yes, if the item is still on our page, it will be restocked. When we release new items, we stock the store with as many quantities as we can humanly process in the first wave of orders. Then we restock roughly a week later. This gives us time to carefully ship and gives folks around the world a chance to see the new stuff.
We will send out email notifications to let you know when we restock. We also highly recommend post notifications on instagram so you can catch the release!

Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?
No, all sales are final once they are shipped. We're a super small team so unless the order is not in good condition on arrival or we made a mistake, we ask that you carefully commit to your purchase! If the order has not shipped, please notify us ASAP and we can cancel & refund your order!

I put an old or wrong address while I was checking out, is there any way you can update it with the right one?

If you want to change the address for any reason, please use the contact form OR send us an email at admin@happy99.online ASAP with your transactionID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

I ordered the wrong size, can you exchange it for another size?

No, please refer to the size chart and triple check your cart before you order! We can not be responsible for your mistake.

I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?

Yes, if you got the wrong size/order, please use the contact form or send an email to admin@happy99.online with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you a return label free to ship it back. Once we receive, we will ship out the correct order.

Who are you guys? Who makes the music?

We're a 2-person team based in NYC. We both make all the content ie: the graphics, designs, clothes, 3D stuff and videos. Nathalie (@spicy.obj) is the one writing this and all emails. Dom (@thedomsolo) produces all the music.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

We ship via USPS for both domestic and international shipments. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process, and 3-5 days for it to be shipped domestically. It will take 2-3 weeks for most international orders.
